DCSD registration (physical form submission required).

Registration payment made on Zelle, made out to the HRHS TD Club.*

Booster Club fee paid.

Care Now Urgent Care is offering low cost physicals for $20. Please remember:

Players should bring all necessary forms with them.
All students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if they are under the age of eighteen.
Glasses or contacts must be brought in for sports physical.
